With scholarships towards RISE Collaborative Workspace, RISE Society can help fund girls and women who may not be able to afford membership.  Our goal is to help each and every woman and girl achieve theirs regardless of financial means.

With three different types of scholarships available, there is certainly one to meet your needs.

Need-Based Scholarships:

Need-based scholarships are available for those applicants who may not be able to afford the membership fee, mentoring fee, or both. Scholarship eligibility is determined by total household income.  Applicants of double income families with a total income of less than ______ and single income families with a total income of less than ______ will be considered for need-based scholarship pending proper application.

Need-based scholarships are renewable for up to ______ semesters.

Merit-Based Scholarships:

Merit-based scholarships are available for those applicants who display outstanding academic achievement and may be applied towards the membership fee, mentoring fee, or both.  Scholarship eligibility is determined by the applicant’s cumulative high school grade point average (GPA) or class ranking.  An applicant with a cumulative GPA of ______ on a 4.0 scale or a class ranking in the top ______% will qualify for a merit-based scholarship pending proper application.

Merit-based scholarships are renewable for up to ______ semesters with a maintained GPA of ______.

Character-Based Scholarships:

Character-based scholarships are available to applicants based on exemplary displays of leadership, integrity, responsibility, dedication, and/or social concern.  This scholarship may be applied towards the membership fee, mentoring fee, or both.  Scholarships are awarded based on a short essay and personal interview with the RISE Society Scholarship Committee.  Completion of the application, essay, and interview are required for scholarship eligibility.
